As you may have seen in the recent EY provider’s Bulletin, Bristol Early Years is aware of significant challenges in the recruitment and retention of staff across the early education sector and has a developed a short workforce survey to help us build an accurate profile of scale of the issue here. The information provided will be crucial to the development of a sector-wide recruitment campaign as well as feed into wider discussions at a regional and national level.
We apologise for asking you to do another survey after the huge pressures of the pandemic, but we hope you will agree on the importance of this information to support a thriving early years sector for our children and families.
